Self-Care Sundays: Weekly Drop-in Sessions

You’re invited to join Sunday self-care drop-in sessions at 10-11am and 4-5pm Pacific! Every 2nd Sunday of the month.

Integrating new self-care habits usually takes some practice, just like learning and integrating most other habits.

Monthly Drop-in Sessions

During our hour together, you’ll learn about a self-care topic and how to incorporate it into your life (if you want to) and you’ll also have a chance to receive coaching on that topic or any issue that’s relevant for you at the time.
